SØVA Online Shop – Terms & Conditions (AGB)

These Terms and Conditions apply only to the SØVA online shop (powered by Shopify and Shirtigo). They do not apply to our events or ticketing. Separate terms for events will follow.

1. Scope of Application
These terms apply to all orders via our online shop. The contractual partner for product fulfillment is Shirtigo GmbH, Vitalisstraße 202, 50827 Cologne, Germany. SØVA is the storefront provider.

2. Conclusion of Contract
Product listings are non-binding offers. A binding purchase agreement is formed upon submission of your order and acceptance/start of production by Shirtigo.

3. Product and Pricing
All prices are net and exclude shipping. Product pricing includes production and optional branding by Shirtigo. Final consumer prices in our store are defined by us (SØVA). Full price breakdowns are shown during checkout.

4. Payment
Payment is processed via Shopify (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Fulfillment costs are charged via Shirtigo’s wallet system. Invoices are available via customer dashboards.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Fulfillment and shipping are handled by Shirtigo. Delivery typically occurs within 14 business days. Regions served include EU, Switzerland, USA, and Canada.

6. Returns & Refunds
All products are custom-made. Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal (German BGB § 312d, Abs. 4 Nr. 1). Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

7. Intellectual Property & Designs
All product designs are property of SØVA. By ordering, you confirm you will not upload or request content that infringes third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability
We (and Shirtigo) are only liable for intent or gross negligence. Limited liability applies in cases of minor negligence, and only for damages to life, body, or health.

9. Technical Deviations
Minor deviations in color, size, or print placement may occur due to production limitations and are not considered defects.

10. Place of Jurisdiction
Jurisdiction is Switzerland.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data, and file complaints with a data authority.
